Welcome to "Auszeit am Lift"! 

To ensure all guests have a wonderful stay and to keep our cozy apartment in top condition, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:

- No Smoking: Our apartment is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside. Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties and bachelor/bachelorette celebrations are not allowed. 

- Ski & Sports Equipment: Please do not enter the apartment wearing ski boots or muddy hiking shoes. Please store your skis, snowboards, and bicycles exclusively in the lockable storage room provided. 

- Waste Separation: Please separate your trash (general waste, plastics, paper) and dispose of it in the designated bins outside the building before you leave. 

- Pets: Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our apartment. 

- Check-out: Please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on your departure day and leave it in a tidy condition. Please wash any used dishes before you check out.
